Casa Ondina, like many vacation rentals, depended on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com to fill its calendar, but at a steep cost: up to 20% commission on every booking. Beyond the fees, they had limited control over guest experience, pricing, and long-term brand value.
We proposed a direct booking strategy, built on their own website, allowing them to fully own their margins, their audience, and their customer journey. It’s a smarter, more profitable way to grow, and a long-term investment in independence.

Video ads that drive real booking

To reach the right guests at the right time, we produced two video ads entirely tailored to Casa Ondina. No templates. No stock footage. Just real footage, filmed on site,  designed to inspire trust and desire.

Each video focused on key moments:

  • The calm of the villa
  • The luxury experience
  • The view, the light, the details

We launched these ads across Meta (Instagram & Facebook), targeting high-intent travelers based on:

  • Geographic proximity (France, UK, Netherlands)
  • Past travel behavior
  • Interests (boutique hotels, slow travel, coastal escapes)

The goal: spark attention, create emotion, and bring qualified traffic directly to the booking page.

We filmed Casa Ondina from every angle:

drone views to capture scale and location, lifestyle scenes to tell the story, and high-end photo sessions to build a content library ready for web, ads and social.

Equipped with a 4K drone, GoPro setups and pro camera gear, we delivered visual content tailored for every platform, Instagram, Meta Ads, landing pages and beyond.
